What is your return/exchange policy?
At FrenzyTrend, we are committed to delivering quality products. If you’ve received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return or refund request.
All returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging. Please note that we only accept returns for items that are defective, wrong, or damaged upon arrival.
I can’t find a return slip in my parcel!
No worries—FrenzyTrend parcels do not include return slips. Simply email us at info@frenzytrend.shop and we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.
How do I return an order?
We do not provide pre-paid return labels. You’ll need to send the product back to our return address at your own cost (unless the product is defective or incorrect). Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund.
To start a return, email us at info@frenzytrend.shop within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number.
⚠️ Note: We only issue refunds or exchanges for defective, wrong, or faulty products.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds processed via credit card or PayPal usually reflect within 5–10 business days after the return is approved.
What if I received the wrong product?
We sinceely apologize! Please contact us at info@frenzytrend.shop with your order details and we’ll resolve it immediately.
Are there any fees for returns?
- A 5% restocking fee applies to returned items.
- For returns due to customer remorse, a $5 USD shipping deduction will be applied.
- No return shipping fee will be charged if the item was defective or incorrect.
